[For Qeema Marination]
Finely Grounded Chicken 2 Pounds
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Red Chili Powder 1 Tablespoon
Coriander Powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Gram-Masla Powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Cumin Seeds 1 Teaspoon
Garlic-Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoon

Onions 4 Medium
Green Chilies 8
Ginger 1 Piece Medium
Fresh Cilantro 1 Bunch
[For Cooking]
Cooking Oil 1/3 Cup
Cumin Seeds 1/2 Tablespoon
Onions 1 Cup Chopped
Tomatoes 1 Cup Chopped
Red Chili Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Coriander Powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon (or as per your taste)
Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon
Gram-Masala 1/4 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoon
Water 1/4 Cup
Yogurt 1 Cup

TIPS & TRICKS 📚
☆Wrap kofta balls into yogurt paste before adding to pot
☆If qeema is loose or has water in it (or if needed) you may use an egg or bread crumbs for binding
☆After adding kofta cook on maximum high heat
☆After adding kofta for 10 minutes, do not use any spatula, shake pot if needed
☆After adding kofta cook uncovered
☆Do not stir vigorously as this may cause breakage.
☆For masala cooking use wooden or any available soft spatula.
☆Sprinkle chopped fresh coriander leaves once ready
☆To eliminate strong taste avoid using too much garam-masala. Keep quantity to minimum possible
☆Recommended cooking heat temperature is medium high.
☆Serve hot with green raita, salad and naan
☆Tomato-Paste (in addition to chopped tomatoes) can be added
