Bhindi Pyaz Ki Sabzi Pakistani Recipe | Bhindi Do Pyaaza | Okra With Onion (In Urdu) By Shaz Kitchen



Today Shaz Kitchen is sharing a vegetable recipe i.e. “Bhindi Pyaz” or “Bhindi Do Pyaaza”
It is a summer vegetable and best for lunch in hot summers with raita , fresh salad and chapatti. It is an easy recipe but its turnover is just amazing.
So let’s learn step by step recipe to make this super tasty Bhindi Pyaz Ki Sabzi
Ingredients :
• Okra 300 Grams
• Onion 3-4
• Tomato 2
• Green Chili 4-6
• Chopped Garlic 1 Tbsp
• Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp
• Cumin Seeds 1 Tbsp
• Mustard Seeds ¼ Tsp
• Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
• Salt 1 Tsp
• Coriander Powder 1 Tsp
• Turmeric Powder ¼ Tsp
• Dry Ginger Powder ¼ Tsp
Method :
• Wash, dry and cut okra in small pieces
• Put a wok on medium heat
• Add and heat oil
• Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds
• Add chopped garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes
• Add onion and turmeric powder , cook 2-3 minutes
• Add okra and tomato and mix well
• Add red chili powder , salt , coriander powder , dry ginger powder and mix well
• Add lemon juice and mix well
• Cover and simmer till okra done
• Bhindi pyaz is ready….Happy Cooking
