Sugar : 200 grams/1 cup
Fresh cream or heavy cream : 1/2 cup/ 125ml
Butter : 50 grams
Salt : 1/2 tea spoon
Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon

    Beautiful video but I had a problem making your way. As I was stirring the sugar and water, first it became liquid and then the liquid did not change color, it turned into normal sugar consistency ! Could you please explain what went wrong ?
