The ingredients for Stir Fried Rice: (For 1 Portion)
200 g of old Steamed Rice (cool)
70 g of Crab or Crab Claw Meat
25 g of diced White Onion
25 g of spring onion
5 g of diced Garlic
1 tbsp of Oil
1/2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp of Seasoning Soy Sauce
1/3 tsp of Salt
1/2 tsp of Fish Sauce
Chili and Fish Sauce (optional for condiments)
