Qeema Pyaz Ground Chicken Mince Ginger Green Chilies Pakistani Recipe (In Urdu)



INGREDIENTS 📄
Onion 1 + 5
Cooking Oil 1/3 Cup
Water 1/4 Cup + 1 Cup +
Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds
Red Chili Powder 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder 1 Teaspoon
Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoon
Green Chilies 2-3
Fresh Cilantro 1 Bunch
Fresh Sliced Ginger Root 1
[For Boiling Ground-Chicken]
Ground Chicken 1 Pound
Water 3 Cups
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon

TIPS & TRICKS 📚
☆Cook Covered
☆After boiling once water evaporates, dry-fry qeema for 5 minutes
☆Once ready and cooked simmer for 5-10 minutes
☆For cooking use wooden or any available soft spatula
☆Sprinkle chopped fresh coriander leaves on ready potatoes.
☆To eliminate strong taste avoid using too much gram-masala. Or keep quantity to minimum possible
☆Recommended cooking heat temperature is medium high.
☆Serve hot with green raita, salad and naan
