raw egg is everyday food in Japan that is, and since I came to US about 35 years ago, I have been eating raw egg at least a couple every single week from the cheapest egg from supermarket near by. I have never ever got sick from it.
I don’t think i could tell you how many times I’ve gotten salmonella. I just know it’s more than 5.
